A nine goal thriller in East London, what Saturday's were made for.

The first goal of the game came in the first minute of play. A driving run from the Jolof CB, No.14, managed to find himself break into the Kensington box. He unselfishly played the ball across goal for a simple tap in, put in by the No.9.

Ten minutes later, Kensington equalised after a fantastic strike from the No.10 on the edge of the box. The ball flew into the top right hand corner of the net.

Two minutes later, Kensington went ahead after a swift move towards goal. A disguised pass beautifully played through by the No.10 towards the No.11, gave the forward an opportunity to strike at goal. The forward made no mistake and calmly rolled the ball past the keeper and into the corner of the net.

With twenty five minutes played, Jolof then equalised thanks to another tap in from the No.9 again after the ball was played across to him in the box.

Three minutes later, Kensington retook the lead thanks to another worldie of a strike, this time from the No.14. The midfielder saw his effort fly into the top left hand corner of the net.

Literally two minutes later, Jolof equalised again. The ball was played over the top towards the No.11 who found himself bearing down on goal. The goalkeeper looked to have the situation under control and comfortably clear the ball. Instead, it was a complete miss kick which left the No.11 with the most simplest of tasks, tapping the ball into an empty net.

In the second half, Kensington started off the much better side and from that started to gain a comfortable lead. Their fourth goal coming from the No.9 who picked the ball up on the edge of the area and curled it into the top corner of the net.

Their fifth and sixth goals coming near the end of the game. The first of the two, a strike from the No.11 just inside the box, with the ball rolling past the keeper. The second from the No.14, striking the ball from the edge of the area and taking a hefty deflection which gave the goalkeeper no chance to recover.

6-3 Kensington Dragons
