It's been quite some time since I've been to watch a game of football on a Sunday, as soon as I realised this fixture was only around the corner, there was no doubt about attending the match. 

The first lot of action from the game came just before the half time whistle. Camden took the lead thanks to their No.14. The initial shot was saved by the Clapton goalkeeper, but deflated into the path of the forward who had the simplest of tasks putting it into an empty net. 

A few minutes later, Camden found themselves down to ten after the No.10 was shown a straight red card. From where I was in the ground, I didn't clearly see what happened properly apart from a bit of pushing and shoving between two players. 

Ten minutes into the second half, Camden doubled their lead from a corner. The ball was swung in with pace and headed into the net. From my view again, I didn't get a clear view of which player put it into the goal. 

With half an hour left to play, Camden added a third goal, yet again from another corner. This time it was the No.4 who burst through the crowd and headed the ball in from close range. 

Clapton tried their best to get back into the match but unfortunately, any sort of move they attempted didn't come off. 

The final whistle then went with the final score finishing 3-0 to the home side.

Tooting Bec Vs Clapton CFC  📍 High Road  Tickets: £6 A difficult ground to get to in all honesty but it worked out well in the end. I didn't expect to be offered a lift on route but took the opportunity, big thanks to the Tooting fan who saved me a fair walk!  The game itself was quite an end to end affair, with both sides creating a few half chances each. The opening goal of the game came just before the half time break. A corner was swung into the box from Tooting and then nodded back across the goal. The loose ball was then stabbed in by the No.7 to give the home side the lead.  The pattern of the game continued in the second half, with it becoming a lot more scrappier and stop start. With the game approaching the final whistle, Tooting added a second goal to seal the win. Another corner was swung into the box but this time cleared. It was then worked back out and crossed in towards the No.6. He managed to meet the ball with his head and saw it roll into the back...

AFC Royal Holloway Vs Richmond & Kew FC 📍 Royal Holloway College Sports Centre  Tickets: Free Entry  Another eventful game in the Surrey Premier League which saw the away side dominate the match.  The first goal of the game went in just after thirty five minutes had been played. A corner ball found itself eventually working it's way out to Richmonds No.31 on the edge of the box. He then set himself and let off a brilliant strike into the top right hand corner of the net.  A couple of minutes before the break, the away side managed to double their lead. A lovely through ball from the No.7 split the defence and allowed the No.7 to run through clear on goal. He kept his composure and slotted the ball into the corner of the net.  In the second half, with half an hour left to play, Richmond added a third in style to kill off any hopes of a comeback from Holloway.
