A brilliant performance from Halls Athletic resulted in the away side coming away with an emphatic scoreline and all three points. 

They opened the scoring just seven minutes in, after a misplaced pass from a Banstead defender allowed the No.11 to bear down on goal. He let off a brilliant strike which rifled into the bottom corner of the net. 

Twenty minutes later, Halls were awarded a penalty after the No.8 was taken down inside the box. The player himself stepped up to take the spot kick and made no mistake, doubling his sides advantage. 

Ten minutes later, the away side managed to add a third goal. A brilliantly delivered corner kick was swung in by the No.11 and met by the head of the No.6 

Twenty minutes into the second half, Halls won the ball on the edge of the box with a brilliant tackle by the No.8. With his first touch of the ball, the No.9 then smashed the ball into the top corner of the net. 

Minutes later, the No.9 got his second goal of the game after really good patient play from the whole team. They worked the ball well into the box and the forward finished off the move superbly. 

To add the icing on the cake, the No.20 for Halls managed to score from a ridiculous angle five minutes from time. 

After a bit of pushing and shoving at the end of the game which resulted in a few cards being given out by the referee, the final whistle went with the final score finishing 6-0. 

One strange thing to add about the ground itself, was the amount of worms on the ground around the whole of the concourse. So if you decide to visit, mind your step!

Tooting Bec Vs Clapton CFC  📍 High Road  Tickets: £6 A difficult ground to get to in all honesty but it worked out well in the end. I didn't expect to be offered a lift on route but took the opportunity, big thanks to the Tooting fan who saved me a fair walk!  The game itself was quite an end to end affair, with both sides creating a few half chances each. The opening goal of the game came just before the half time break. A corner was swung into the box from Tooting and then nodded back across the goal. The loose ball was then stabbed in by the No.7 to give the home side the lead.  The pattern of the game continued in the second half, with it becoming a lot more scrappier and stop start. With the game approaching the final whistle, Tooting added a second goal to seal the win. Another corner was swung into the box but this time cleared. It was then worked back out and crossed in towards the No.6. He managed to meet the ball with his head and saw it roll into the back...

AFC Royal Holloway Vs Richmond & Kew FC 📍 Royal Holloway College Sports Centre  Tickets: Free Entry  Another eventful game in the Surrey Premier League which saw the away side dominate the match.  The first goal of the game went in just after thirty five minutes had been played. A corner ball found itself eventually working it's way out to Richmonds No.31 on the edge of the box. He then set himself and let off a brilliant strike into the top right hand corner of the net.  A couple of minutes before the break, the away side managed to double their lead. A lovely through ball from the No.7 split the defence and allowed the No.7 to run through clear on goal. He kept his composure and slotted the ball into the corner of the net.  In the second half, with half an hour left to play, Richmond added a third in style to kill off any hopes of a comeback from Holloway.
